Some of Drago's 2011 titles
On Friday, September 30th Drago presents the book launch party and exhibition for Phonebook by CB Smith at The Keeley Gallery in Manhattan. Phonebook is one of a kind, a book that was never intended to be...no poses, no lighting, no makeup. Raw and edgy, random and yet real. The bits and pieces of images and texts found in the book each seem to have their own little story to tell, but together offer a broader narrative of life in the new millennium. As Smith puts it "it all began after a calamitous breakup, when my life was thrown into a fragmented mess. This led to the proverbial 'lost weekend'...A two-year descent into debauchery and adventure."
In addition, on Saturday October 1st from 4pm to 6pm several artists will be on hand for book signings including Pax Paloscia, Ivory Serra, CB Smith, and Chris Stain who will be presenting his latest project Long Story Short for the very first time.

After ten years of action in the urban art scene Drago is ready to leave its mark on the street-art capital of the world, New York City.
