WHERE IN THE WORLD IS JR?
JR, man of mystery, world traveler, and internationally praised photographer and artist extraordinaire… we could go on, but you already know him! … as usual is everywhere lately. Literally, he manages to be in two places at once. As previously reported, his latest show, “Encrages” recently opened at Galerie Perrotin in Paris. But the biggest name in contemporary art couldn’t possibly miss the most important contemporary art fest of the year, could he? Of course not, so again with Perrotin he organized a satellite show in Miami for Art Basel 2011 titled “Wall and Paper”.
